RELEASE & RESET: Aerial Yoga w/ Floating Soundbath

With Pea

Saturday, May 23th | 7 - 8:30pm

Ticket: $44

Event Overview

✨ Step into a softly lit sanctuary where movement, stillness, and sound come together. Our Candlelit Aerial Yoga with guided Activations Floating Soundbath is a full-sensory experience designed to reset your body and gently rewire your inner world. Surrounded by warm candlelight, you’ll be guided into the silk hammock, where your body feels held, supported, and free all at once.

✨ We begin with a grounding arrival and intention-setting activation. You’ll be guided inward to connect with your body and set a clear intention for what you’re ready to release or call in.

✨ From there, we move into slow, supported aerial yoga. Using the hammock, you’ll explore gentle stretches, light inversions, and spinal decompression to release tension and create space in the body.

✨ Once the body is open and relaxed, you’ll settle into stillness for the sound bath with activations. Through crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and layered frequencies, you’ll be guided into a deeper state where the mind softens and the subconscious becomes more receptive.

✨ Throughout the sound experience, subtle activations are woven in to support inner shifts and help you integrate what you’re ready to transform.

Benefits of the Experience

  • Deep Nervous System Reset: The combination of aerial support and sound helps your body drop into a state of real rest.

  • Emotional & Energetic Release: Movement and vibration help clear stored tension and stagnant energy.

  • Subconscious Repatterning: Activations paired with sound support gentle internal shifts.

  • Physical Relief & Expansion: Aerial work decompresses the spine, improves mobility, and relieves tightness.

  • Inner Connection & Clarity: A space to step out of the noise and reconnect with yourself.
