Through guided breathwork and mindfulness techniques, you’ll be led into a state of deep relaxation and nervous system regulation, helping to release tension, improve focus, and reconnect with a sense of grounded ease. The practice is gentle, safe, and accessible, with tools you can take off the mat and into daily life.

About Steve
Steve Whiteley is a mindfulness coach and certified breathwork facilitator who uses his lived experience with ADHD to help others find calm, clarity, and focus through breath. Diagnosed with ADHD over a decade ago, Steve discovered firsthand how breathwork and mindfulness could transform his ability to manage symptoms like overwhelm, distraction, and emotional reactivity — fostering a sense of grounded energy, inner clarity, and calm presence.
