Join certified instructors Marylou Dimuro and Nikola Parque for a unique Día de los Muertos observance, blending the ancient tradition of a Cacao Ceremony with the soothing embrace of a Hammock Soundbath. This special event offers a sacred space to honor ancestors, release what is no longer in alignment for us, and find deep relaxation. We will begin with a heartfelt cacao ceremony, connecting to the spirit of the plant medicine to open our hearts and help facilitate introspection as we honor our deceased loved ones and pets. Everyone will have equal opportunity to share what’s on their hearts as we connect to the spirit world.

Following this, you will gently recline in a comfortable aerial hammock for a transcendent soundbath experience, where the vibrations of various instruments will guide you into a state of profound peace and healing. This is an opportunity to cultivate gratitude, surrender, and renewal in preparation for the winter months.

Benefits of a Hammock Soundbath

  • Deep Relaxation: The gentle swaying of the hammock combined with resonant sound vibrations promotes profound relaxation, easing tension in the body and mind.

  • Stress Reduction: The immersive auditory experience helps to calm the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety.

  • Enhanced Meditation: The supportive embrace of the hammock can facilitate deeper states of meditation, allowing for greater introspection and mindfulness.

  • Energetic Release: Sound vibrations can help to clear energetic blockages, promoting a sense of renewal and release.

  • Improved Sleep: The calming effects of the soundbath can contribute to better sleep quality and alleviate insomnia.

  • Emotional Healing: The safe and nurturing environment can support emotional processing and release, fostering a sense of peace and well-being.

  • Physical Comfort: The hammock provides gentle support for the spine and joints, allowing for a comfortable and effortless experience, especially for those who find lying on the floor challenging.

About Nikola

Nikola Parque is a Sound Healing Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner who harnesses the transformative power of sound and energy work to guide others toward deep healing and release. Since 2020, she has been facilitating immersive Sound Baths, helping clients dissolve stress, recalibrate their nervous systems, and access states of profound relaxation. Her journey into sound therapy was deeply personal—after enduring chronic pain for much of her adult life, she experienced a pivotal healing moment during a Sound Bath that shifted her understanding of wellness. That experience set her on a path of self-discovery, trauma release, and energetic realignment, a journey she is now passionate about sharing with others.

Beyond her healing work, Nikola is also a creative entrepreneur, blending wellness with artistry. She is the founder of Saint Venetian, a handcrafted bath and body line that reflects her commitment to self-care and natural healing. Her products are available locally, extending her passion for holistic well-being into the everyday rituals of those she serves. Now, as part of YOGA NEST VENICE, she continues to bring her signature approach to sound health, vibrational healing, and conscious self-care, creating experiences that resonate far beyond the session itself.
