Meet Your Teacher:

Prem Amrit is a dedicated practitioner and teacher. She has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and Gong for over 11 years. She uses a unique Gong-playing method passed down through a lineage of yogic masters to maximize the experience of healing and elevation. Prem Amrit is also a mantra pronunciation teacher and singer, with mantra music available on all major streaming platforms.
