About Huda
Huda found yoga in 2017 while living in war-torn Libya. She fell in love with the teachings of yoga and it immediately became her safe haven and a practice of healing and self-transformation. The ancient yogic philosophy became a pillar in her advocacy for freedom and her fight for social justice.
After sharing yoga with her friends and family in Libya, Italy and across the US over the last 8 years, and as soon as she moved to Venice, Huda completed her formal 200hr-YTT in 2022, and has participated in multiple workshops and trainings since then. Her teachings are inspired by the practices of Pranayama, Vinyasa, Hatha and Katonah yoga with emphasis on breath and finding balance between "sthira" strength and "sukha" ease. Huda tries to create a safe space where everyone is welcomed and where the ancient practices and wisdom of yoga are accessible to all.
Outside of the yoga realm, Huda finds purpose working as an EV engineer and engaging in the liberation movement. She enjoys traveling, bathing in nature and can often be spotted reading a book at the beach.
