The Grove: Women’s Circle

Join us for a 5-week guided journey where yoga, coaching, and meditation come together to spark growth and connection. Each Sunday builds on the last, weaving intention and reflection into daily life. This is a safe, supportive circle of women coming together to tap into inner wisdom, amplify collective strength, and form relationships that last beyond our time together.
Every session begins with 30 minutes of gentle vinyasa to release tension and ground in presence. From there, we move into 45 minutes of guided reflection and coaching to uncover truth, set intentions, and align actions with what matters most. We close with breathwork and meditation practices to cultivate clarity and momentum you can carry into the week ahead.
We’ll explore the following themes together each week. By the end, you’ll leave with a clearer path forward, tools to meet challenges with steadiness, and a circle of women to walk beside you as you rise.

Week 1 | Sunday, 9/21 - Find your True North
We begin by slowing down and listening in. This session is about uncovering your guiding values and reconnecting with the inner compass that points you toward authenticity.
Week 2 | Sunday, 9/28 - Cultivate Presence
Presence is a practice of returning to the moment with full attention. Through breath, movement, and reflection, you’ll explore how to anchor yourself in the now and move from autopilot into awareness, creating space for clarity and peace.
Week 3 | Sunday, 10/5 - Build Resilience
Resilience doesn’t mean never bending—it means learning how to bend without breaking. This session focuses on reframing challenges, drawing strength from within, and leaning on the collective support of the circle.
Week 4 | Sunday, 10/12 - Connect & Integrate
Integration happens when learnings become embodied in daily life. This week we’ll explore ways to weave your insights into your relationships, routines, and ways of being.
Week 5 | Sunday, 10/19 - Step into your Power
Our final gathering celebrates the transformation you’ve nurtured. Together, we’ll honor your journey and call forward the courage to step into the world rooted, radiant, and empowered.

About Greta
Greta’s passion for guiding people on their growth journeys began nearly two decades ago. She spent 13 years at McKinsey & Company, leading the People function for Central Europe and developing a cross-cultural team across seven countries. Since then, she has supported leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals around the world through career shifts, leadership transitions, and reinvention. After moving from Budapest to Southern California, she founded her leadership coaching practice, helping people tap into their inner wisdom and embrace change as a catalyst for growth. With The Grove, she focuses on supporting women to trust their intuition, reclaim their power, and find clarity at life’s crossroads.
About Nayanika
For Nayanika, yoga began as a way to find grounding in the midst of change and stay connected to her roots, and quickly grew into a lifelong practice of cultivating presence and resilience. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Samyak Yoga in Mysore, India, where she deepened her practice in traditional ashtanga and vinyasa disciplines. Her classes emphasize presence, curiosity, and building strength from the inside out. She is also an entrepreneur, currently building her artisanal home goods brand anchored in Indian craft and design.
