About Beth Ostendorf

I’m Beth and I believe movement is magic. What brings me joy is connecting with others in meaningful ways. Whether that be meditation, movement, being in nature, or simply listening to someone, the fundamental basis is connection.

As a yoga teacher, I encourage the development of a practice that feels authentic to the individual. I see yoga as an art form. A time to explore creativity with the body, to attune with your inner world, and to use breath as a guide along the way. Through movement and breath we have the ability to shift and transform energy within the body and in turn heal the mind.

When we feel into our bodies, the mind can quiet down, our hearts can open, and we can operate from a more fluid, loving place.

I’m also a mom and certified pre/postnatal yoga instructor. Yoga is a powerful tool to aid in pregnancy, during labor and birth, and through the postpartum period. I’m looking forward to creating a local mama and mama-to-be community where we can support and empower each other!

About Astrid Vineyard

Astrid started practicing yoga in Vienna, Austria 18 years ago, where she was born and raised. Yoga brought balance to her sometimes ungrounded life of traveling and performing as an actor, singer and dancer. She moved to Los Angeles in 2013 and became a yoga teacher a few years later, in love with the spiritual aspect of connecting mind to body and movement to breath and the sense of stillness and strength in each pose. She has been teaching at the Yoga Nest since 2017. Her Vinyasa Flow classes are strong, slow and go deep, inviting students to show up fully, breath deeply and connect to their own sense of center and strength. Her goal is to empower, inspire and bring healing and grounding into each student’s day.
