Floating Sound Bath

Cacao Ceremony + Chanting

Energy Exchange: $55/person

About the event

A Sound Bath with Chanting and Cacao Ceremony is a sacred, heart-opening experience that blends ancient ritual with healing sound.

The gathering begins with a ceremonial cup of cacao, inspired by traditional practices of indigenous cultures of Central and South America. Cacao is known as a gentle plant medicine that supports emotional openness, grounding, and intention setting. As participants sip slowly, they are guided to connect with the heart and anchor a personal intention for the journey.

When guided by the chanting human voice, it adds warmth and sacred resonance, inviting collective harmony and spiritual connection. Participants may be guided to softly join in, creating a unified field of sound and shared intention.

Yogis will then suspend in floating hammocks. Once settled comfortably, the sound bath begins. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other harmonic instruments create waves of vibration that wash through the body. These frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body into a state of deep rest.

The ceremony closes with silence and integration, allowing the body and heart to absorb the experience. Guests often leave feeling grounded, open, emotionally clear, and deeply nourished.
