Start 2026 by giving yourself an hour to reflect and refresh. This late morning sesh includes intention setting and transformative breathwork, followed by a grounding sound bath.

About Kirsten

Kirsten (she/they) is a queer, Filipina LA-native, working to make wellness accessible. Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), she leads FLOWSTATE ASL, a non-profit organization that hosts Deaf wellness events, including signed yoga, Deaf-led sound baths, and socials. She supports the Yoga Nest Venice marketing and community growth efforts, and also hosts a monthly cannabis-enhanced event, Cannabliss. Her practice centers around inclusion, accessibility, and deep connection.
