Start your weekend with an invigorating balance of energy and stillness in our Yang to Yin yoga class, co-taught by our guest teacher Veronica Clark and our very own Huda Hosson. Together they will lead a thoughtfully curated class that combines dynamic strength-building flow (Yang) with the deep, restorative Yin postures offering you a holistic experience leaving you feeling both energized and deeply restored.
Class Flow:
Yang (with Veronica): The class begins with Veronica's high-energy Yang flow, designed to activate your body and mind. Expect powerful sun salutations, standing poses, and breath-driven movements that will warm up your muscles and build strength. This segment is all about cultivating heat, stability, and vitality—perfect for releasing any tension and awakening your body for the day ahead.
Yin (with Huda): After moving through the dynamic Yang sequence, Huda will guide you into the Yin portion of the class. Here, we slow down and deepen into longer-held stretches and postures, targeting the connective tissues and joints. With Huda’s calming presence, you'll find stillness in each pose, allowing your body to fully relax, restore, and release.
