What to Expect

We will prepare for this deep experience with a short powerful breathwork practice.

Afterward, participants will relax comfortably on their backs during the gong meditation, allowing the healing vibrations to guide them into a state of profound restoration and inner balance.

What to Bring

Bring whatever you need to feel comfortable while laying on your back during the hour-long experience. A blanket, shawl, pillow, yoga mat, or a thin mattress—whatever your body needs to fully relax. Also, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

About the Teachers

Prem Amrit and Harjodh have been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and Gong for over 11 years. They use a unique Gong-playing method that is passed down through a lineage of yogic masters, to maximize the experience of healing and elevation. Prem Amrit is also a singer with mantra music available on all major music platforms.
